L´Aquarium of Barcelona: L´Aquarium of Barcelona is one of the best in the entire world. There are many collections that have taken several years to make and now are being enjoyed by many people that visit here. Here, people are able to find rare explanations on the evolution of snails, octopuses, oysters and other similar from the same species. One of the most seen species in this aquarium is the Giant Clam or Triadacna gigas which can weigh up to 300 kilograms and be around 1.5 metres long. We also get to see the famous Nautilus Pompilios or living fossils which inspired the creation of the submarines named by Robert Fulton. These facts were also used to inspire the famous and old-time movie 20,000 Leagues Beneath the Sea. This aquarium is perfect for the whole family becase many exhibitions are oriented towards children making it in some cases hands-on. This truly is a one of a kind aquarium especially when it is one that works for the whole family.
